Mold Base (not responding)

I am working in the Tooling tutorials for Inventor 2014. When I try to generate the Mold Base for either a Two-Plate or a Three-Plate the dialog box says (not responding). I have given the program ample time to recover, but it doesn't. I tried to start both tutorials from the beginning on a number of occasions, but I always get the same results (not responding). I followed all the prerequisites for the tutorials. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Have you installed Service Pack 1?

Close your files.

Go to your active Project file and click this button.

Do you see any Mold libraries loaded (You will have to download the content shown red here - if you need it).

You do not have to be running Vault if you have the content loaded locally.

The Inventor Mold Metric Library is installed properly. The In Use box is checked. It is set to Read Only.
