Mesher cannot proceed

Hi all,

 

I'm using Inventor Pro 2014 for FEA. I having a few problems as shown below

I have no idea why I'm facing this problem, which is Mesh failed and it cannot proceed meshing. i hope can get some ideas to solve it..

Could you show a screenshot of what the mesh actually looks like?  One option would be to use local mesh control to reduce the overall number of mesh elements while maintaining mesh detail where you need it.

Take a look in the 2014 help file for thin bodies in FEA.  Shell elements are a new feature of the 2014 software and may help you.

I am still on 2012, so I haven't gotten to work with the shell elements yet.
