Macros / VBA Editor button not working

I have a users machine that is displaying some odd behaviour.  Their Macros and VBA Editor buttons have stopped working.  We have tried several things already but nothing appears to have any effect.

Any suggestions?

good software with lousy suppport become useless

this software the support is very lousy. 

also select the very expensive parking place for seminal, 

when I make a complaint .  staff from Autodesk ask me to  take  public transport.  Them  funny.

Do you realize you are replying to a message that is several years old?  If you are having problems and the solutions that you have found here does not work, it might be better to start your own new thread.  Try to explain what you are doing and what you are having problems with.

It might help to include your Inventor version as well.
