Link detail view to work point

Hi Guys,

Is there any way to link a detail view to a work point? So that if the geometry changes the view will go with it.

I know you can attach a view to an edge but sometimes we have problems with this if the edge is edited or a weld prep added, the link is broken. Also the view is not centred on the edge to which it is attached and the exact placement sometimes needs tweaking using this method.

That was a good idea for a similar problem I have, but I have tried and it doesn't seem to work.

I have placed the working point in the part, include it in the drawing view, but when I try to attach the detail fence to the working point, the working point cannot not be selected.
