Linear display precision in Content Center parts

I have a situation where I need the linear display precision to be 4 places for input in to a validation program. The program needs to see '.0625' not .063. I cannot find where to change this for content center parts. I have changed it in the standard part templates through 'Tools>Document Settings' but cannot seem to find the spot to change it in CC. Any suggestions?
