Line Tool Won't Arc Anymore

Yesterday I was creating Arcs with the line tool. Today I can't. Last night WIndows 7 did an automatic update, and that's the only change that has been made to my system.  I've played around with the constraint and even the display settings, to no avail.  I am using a Dell M6400 laptop with no peripherals.

Another change I noticed- it seems the orgin point and end points used to be green when selected, but now they are yellow.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Post a screen shot of your Constraint Options and Constraint Persistence.

Could this be related?

I saw that too, and pursued it a bit, but I'm not clear on the user's solution.

It sounds to me like he recently updated the drive for his NVIDIA graphics card and had to roll it back to the previous version.
Do you have an NVIDIA graphics card? Have you recently updated the driver?
Also, post the screen shots JD requested. This is most likely where your problem lies.

And therefore your problem.  Coincident Constraint must be inferred.

Set yours like mine (and you should state what version of Inventor you are using).

There is no reason to turn them off (you can hold Ctrl key to temporarily suspend autoconstraints - I have had to do that, oh maybe, twice in past 10 years).

That fixes it. Thank you very much. This is only my second day on the program, and a little help goes a long way.

For anyone coming accross this post in the future I'm using Inventor 2014.
