Attach the ipt file that exhibits this behavior.
Attach screen shots as suggested earlier.

I don't see any constraints.
No horizontal, no vertical, no perpendicular.....

The only constraint is the projected origin done automatically by Inventor.

Post those screen shots requested earier.

I just noticed that your lines are exact dimensions - but there are no dimensions on the sketch?
How did you do that?
Why did you erase the dimensions?
You aren't using AutoCAD as your sketcher are you?  If, so - why haven't you stated that?
This is turning into a game of 20-questions.

Why do you have so many profiles in 1 sketch?

Looks like you are trying to do front and side views in one sketch?
Inventor is a 3D modeling program.

Its not just this one drawing my problem is in all of them. If you try and draw a shape with the line tool one line won't snap to the other which always shows up with a green dot. If you try to draw with the line tool in my attachment the lines won't snap to one another. thats what i want to try and fix

Works fine with your file on my machine?
Post screen shots of your Constraint Persistence and Constraint Options settings.

You never explained what happened to your sketch dimensions?
Where did they go?

I dimension your sketch and the numbers come out perfect to 7 decimal places.
How did you do that?
The "views" seem to be perfectly aligned.
How did you do that?
Why multiple "views"?

The problem is a system variable - not specific to file.
To do screen shots hit Alt Print Screen and then Ctrl V to paste into MS Paint.

You might want to read this document http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/skillsusa%20university.pdf

What did you figure out?
Still curious - what happened to your dimensions?

Wow, he was asking you how to enable Line snap and you kept asking him about dimentions... That has nothing to do with that.

I have to computers at home and on one the line snap works but the other machine it doesn't, and I have no idea why. OP how did you enabled your line snap?

Nvm, changed some options, restarted inventor and it works now.
