It used to be... But now its not?

In version 5.3 I could go to "Projects", click on a folder in the "Workgroup Search Path", and then move that folder up (or down) with the "Arrows" or RMB menu pick. I would always move the folder I wanted to work with to the top, and click on "Save". Then when I went to "Open", the folder would always be on the top in the "Locations" window. Very nice... not having to search through "Locations" for the folder every time I wanted to open a file (from the same workgroup) as it was always on the top. NOW... in version 6.0, this does not work. Yes, I can still move the folders "Up" to the top inside "Project", but they DO NOT move up to the top in "Locations". In fact, they do not move at all inside "Locations". Would be nice if this feature was restored to the days of 5.3! SP1 maybe? I hope! Regards... Don A :-)

I have noticed (and been annoyed by) that too. Does anyone know, was that a
deliberate change, and if so, what was the logic behind it?
