Inventor in 3d studio max

I know this is doable, but how do you set up Max to
do it?  Can you open assemblies in Max?

Thanks,

Vadim

I have had trouble with pulling in
assemblies.  Not all parts come in.  Has anyone else noticed
this?

let me guess, patterned components?

they don't come in correctly. you can rmb and
remove the associativity then it should work.

Or create a presentation of the assembly and then
import the IPN instead.
