Inventor idw to AutoCAD dwg conversion

When converting Inventor idw to AutoCAD dwg I randomly get <Description> on the converted file instead of the text that <Description> represents. I logged a support call to my support desk about 3 years ago but it was never resolved.

I have now upgraded to Infventor 2013 and am still getting the problem. I have logged another support call as, if anything, it happens more often! Has anyone else had this problem and if so how have you managed to get over it.

Could you please specify the number of support case you have submitted to Product support so that I can check the status of the problem.
