Inventor -draft views?

Hi

I am having another problem with Inventor 2012.  Certain part files create "draft" views.  I created this particular part in EDU version of Inv 2011.  I have since purchased my own seat of 2012.  When I made a drawing of said parts in 2012 all are "draft" views.  I have no idea what that means or how to fix it.  Print preview of drawing is missing many lines, but it seems to print ok.  I get the following "update views" message, see attached, but if you click yes the views never update.

Thats another issue.  why do I keep getting part or drawing created in education version messages even after I have opened and saved part in 2012?

Any suggestions other than recreate part in non Education version?
