Inventor Professional 2012 won't launch!

Hi I am having issues with getting Inventor Professional 2012 to start...when I launch the program, the typical starting picture comes up but then it goes into "wait for responce" and nothing happens after that. I already tried re-installing the software and my computer specs are good enough to run it, I'm doing a ton of looking around but nobody mentioned this problem before. What can I do?

My specs are:

E6600 Core 2 Due @3.1 GHz

4GB Ram

ATI 5750 - 1 GB GDDR5

I also attached a jpg of the crash.

Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.

Have you restarted your machine recently?

When exactly did this start happening?  Did you recently upgrade?

Yes I have restarted my machine and it did not work. It started happening right after i installed the suite. The other programs launch no problem but inventor doesn't. I always get that error when trying to launch it.

Sounds like the complete program was not loaded.   Did the install go smoothly?

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

Make sure you follow Autodesk's instruction for a proper clean install. This includes turning off UAC, anti-virus, etc.

Is there some sort of log that I can find where there's errors being logged?

Not sure about that, but there is this Autodesk link that allows for product enhancement.

Maybe you can use this as a venue to input it.
