Inventor Professional 2012 on Windows 8.

Hello,

I downloaded Inventor here in educational tab.I've installed....all OK...but when I try to open Inventor and it crashes (Error Code : 0xc0000142).
The most interesting is that I have AutoCAD 2012 and it runs fine...

Can somebody help me?
