Inventor Installation Failure

I have had to remove inventor profesional due to bad install.  I now can not down load the software again.  when trying to download the info box to enter id and email is blank.  Help please.

(simply enter your Serial Number once you have verified that it is installed and running correctly in Trial mode and Activate your license)
