Hi
I'm from Portugal, and in our company we use Inventor with our work at along time.
We have a provider that we export our files on IGS format (with any problems since we make the update to 2012 version. To more easily understand, I attach the file the my provider send to me from is desktop (what appers when he open the file...in CATIA I think). that in inventor is opened with ANY problems, with the correct holes.
What can we do to correct this?
Could this be a inventor export problem?

Attach original ipt and igs files here.
I would use STEP (*.stp) rather than IGES format.
If for some reason you must use IGES then set Options to output Solids.
Hi
In attach are the requested files. (IPT, and IGS).

What Options do you have set on IGES save? (see attached)
Make sure you have set on Solids, but you might want to try all combinations as a test.
Hi
In fact the options that you send me, are exactly the same that i have (curiositly I never had changed that options since older Inventor options).
I will try changing the options on save to test any changes.
(the costumer that we have that have this difficult is on summer vacations for 2 weeks, After this 2 weeks I will send him the same file with the several options.

Thanks for attached models.
It seems the Hole doesn't show in CATIA V5 is caused by CATIA display settings. I tried your attached IGES model in Alias and Inventor itself, both of them work well. So would you please try to change the display setting in CATIA via Tools->Options->Display...
