Inventor 11 IPT iProperties do not show up in IDW (unique problem)

Hello, heres the issue:

We have a couple standard.IDWs that we use. One for english, another for metric. I've made the metric format by modifying the english, both formats worked 100% fine, till Inventor 11 came around. The english format still works fine. I can create a new IDW and insert a view of a model and the iproperties fill out nicely. HOWEVER the metric format does not populate with the model iproperties.

Wrong answer #1:
>Tools, Document Settings> Drawing Tab> Add a check to the "Copy Model Properties" checkbox. (and going into Properties to highlight properties to copy over)

Wrong answer #2:
edit titleblock (standard.idw), highlight text, change its "type" from "Properties - Drawing" to: " Properties - Model" (followed by chosing the Property and clickng on the parameters button) ***This does work, but it disables the IDW iproperties to be modifed within the IDW itself.***

Our Autodesk software provider/tech support cannot solve this problem either.

Anyone have a clue??? Attached is the standard IDW in question. I'm stumped.

Your text fields are set to Properties-Drawing instead of Properties-Model

Yes, they should be. (see wrong answer #2) all standard.idw parameters are set to "properties - drawing" from the start of time, till now. we (and you) have standard.idw's that have it set this way and works fine.

We have the same problem.

We use 4 different template idw files (all metric - A4, A3, A2 & A1) all of these have been set up exactly the same, but for some reason the A3 template does not copy the model iproperties on to the drawing, but does so on all the others??

To correct this, each time we create an A3 drawing, we have to go to document settings/ drawing tab select copy model iproperties and then uncheck and recheck the tick box next to copy model iproperties.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
