Internet access is required to access the Help

Just loaded 2013. Of course right away I get an error. "Internet access is required to access the Help" Well as you can see I have internet access.

Any suggestions? (I mean besides reloading 2012)

Is what you want here?

c:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2013\Help_Lite\

I'm confused!

If you are asking me if there is a folder called Help_Lite under my Inventor 2013 folder the answer is no.

Otherwise what I want is to be able to access the help files online.

Hi meck,

I'm not sure what the problem is, but there is some information on setting it up to use the local help at this link (in case you don't get it sorted):

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

Thanks for the response.

I would rather have it online, but if it becomes a real issue I will download it
