Interesting constraint problem

See post in IVCF with the same header for example files.

Basically, the problem is constraining picks to a rotating drum. It is easy constraining to the cylindrical face, but at the
rounded end, you need to constrain tangent to the toroidal face whilst making the pick orientation normal to the face and
maintaining the 45degree attack angle on the pick.

The pick assembly has a work axis defining the 45degree attack angle, which needs to be normal to the filleted edge of the drum,
and the curved face on the base of the pick needs to be in point contact with the filleted edge of the drum. The contact position
is 200mm from the back edge of the drum.

I've thought of two ways of doing this, but they are both a right royal PITA and my brain is hurting!

John,

I've pulled the dataset - but I'm not sure what you're trying to do based on
your description.

In any event, I would suggest using sketches and constraining to sketch
geometry.

Thats what I ended up doing after I worked out how to create a work axis normal to the face at the point of contact. I actually
cheated a bit by constraining work points to the face and centerline with offset distances, but it's going to be welded manually
and the tolerance is acceptable.
