I'm having trouble installing the HSM updates for HSM 2015 for Inventor 2015.
On startup, the application manager opens and informs me there are updates.
I can install other product updates, but nothing happens when I click on Install for either of the HSM updates.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Could you please provide more details to us such as the appmanager.exe log.
Please get this log file from %localappdata%\Autodesk\.AdskAppManager\Log\AdAppMgr.exe.log.
At the same time, you can try this way, kill the App Manager and restart it, then install HSM updates again.
Another thing is, maybe App Manager has downloaded HSM Updates successfully to your local, you can go to the following location to check:
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Autodesk Application Manager folder
If there is HSM update installer, you can install it by yourself.
