IV10 - "No Panel" after finishing sketch?

I have a user who after he finishes his sketch, the panel
will be blank, "No Panel", he can click on the arrow and
turn on the Parts Features panel each and every time...

Any suggestions?

Try going into Tools->Customize and look for problems, or try hitting Reset
All...?
