IV10 constraints not updating and update greyed?

Started working with 10 today and I'm seeing constraints not update when
parts are changed and the update button is remaining greyed out. Checked
out the deferr update and it isn't on? Also seeing some strange
behaviour from the degrees of freedom?
Anyone else have this and get it fixed already?

Gregg,

Are you seeing the problem in "new" data that you created in 10 or is this
migrated data from a prior release? If it is new data can you easily
reproduce it from scratch?

Thanks,

Gary;

It's new data and pretty simple. I haven't been back to it yet today.
But it seemed consistently messed up yesterday. Do you want the data set?

Gregg,

Yes, we are interested in getting a copy of your dataset. If possible,
please post it to autodesk.inventor.customer-files, or let us know if you'd
prefer to send it to our FTP server.

Thank you for your help.

I've noticed the same thing (I'm sure I constrained that!) in new models started IV10 but assumed it was my own memory .

Unfortuneately I didn't record the (several) times I noiced it. I'm away for ten days so will have a look at this thread with interest when I'm back
