IDW problems with Tangent Edges - Get model dimensions Breaklines & Viewi

I received a call of user he's encountering some strange effect in .idw, #1 when using "GET MODEL DIMENSIONS" dimension are placed on strange locations (wrong extension line) weird characters as if some digits are interpreted with another font, after rebooting of application it seems everything is O.K. but after some time the problem returns... they have a Compaq workstation with a graphic adapter according AutoDesk specifications. #2 when a break is made and later the break is re-located some times it seems part of the geometry is disappearing. #3 with Show Contents / Get Work Features / Get Work sketches its obvious not possible to get surface information #4 on a drawing containing lots a tangent connections, tangents are disappearing after some time, and even on print/plot they’re gone… does this ring a bell ?

#1 do a search for "garbled text" in this NG and in the IV7NG

#3 sorry, it is not possible to get surface information in IDW,

although many would like to have it
