Was not sure if it was just a rolled plate or had some straight on it so I did this in hopes it is what you seek..
Not sure if there is an easier way but I think one way would be to subtract a 96"R sphere from a 96-1/4" as my first step, and then subtract a large cube with a 4" x 11" slot in it. I made my cube 200" x 200" to keep it simple.
I interpreted it as a concave disc. Is this what you were thinking? It's a 2014 file.
draw a line 102 units, offset 279 units, connect lines. offset the radius and draw a 3p circle using endpoints and midpoint of offset radius line. then trim
im not familiar with this methedology of "units"
