How to orient a part to my desired orientation during assembly?

I want to orient this MB plate in a way that:

After constraining its bottom surface to Global XY Plane,

the front face of MB plate can be the long edge.

I have been trying desperately for an hour. Hope I can get your help ><

Thank you so muchhhhh!

Please, let us know what version of Inventor you are using in the future. It will save us who are not running the latest version from wasting time and bandwidth downloading a file we can't open.
For others: this is a 2014 file.

Right click on sketch 1 in the model browser.. Select "redefine".. Then simply pick the XY plane.

Do you really care about coordinate system or do you just want to change what is called the "Front" view?
