How to make a horizontal leader line

The text commant in a drawing has the option to attach an arrow head with a leader. I want the text to be horizontal, so, i drag the leader line approximately horizontal.

Is there a way to make it horizontal? i tried pressing shift but no

If you RC on the leader and select "New Style" go here and these are where your settings for horizontal are.

Weirdly enough, the solution for me in Inventor 2018 was to set Notes and Leaders>Hole Note Settings >Leader Text Orientation> Horizontal
