Are you the Vault administrator? You will need the permissions for yourself adjusted to include the role" Content Center Editor". If you ARE the admin, I would also add "Content Center Administrator". Then you should be able to add or change anything in the CC that you want. If you are not the Admin, talk to that person and they can adjust your roles to let you do this.
