How do I flatten this part?

I am having trouble flattening this part. Can anyone show me how?

Hi

Without going too deep into sheetmetal, this is the quick method.

You need to convert it to a sheetmetal part.

Set the plate thickness to the "Plate thickness" Use the measure tool if needed (0.0625in)

Select a face, Click on Create flat pattern.
