How can I copy a sketch from one file to another?

Simply - I have such a table in my one .dwg file:

And I want to copy it to another file.

Selecting and ctrl+c , ctrl+v doesn't work. Just no reaction.

It seems to be very simple thing but I can't find anywhere a solution.

You should be able to the Cont C and V

or you can go to the Sketch and RMB and then get a pop up menu and copy it
