Honed.bmp file missing or corrupt

we recently changed from inventor 2010 to inventor 2013.  since then, any imported components from bimba or smc, if they use the honed.bmp picture file, come up as white.  if i remove the picture file from the appearance file, it will appear near the color it is supposed to be but it is getting frustrating to have to correct this every time we import a new cylinder, or gripper, or some componant.  has anyone else experienced this and have you found a fix for this?  attached is a picture file of a cylinder as it appears now vs. what it should.

note, if i do not update the assembly to current, they appear as they should.

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

Looks like you have created either a new or modified an existing BMP. You needed to migrate your existing Styles before migrating your parts. This created a number of problems last spring/summer when IV2013 was released, IV2014 maintains the same process released in IV2013.

If the modified "Style" is not present then the Migration process will try to match to the closest existing in the new style library

1.) Migrate Styles first, then parts.
