Help to unfold a Sheetmetal part

Hi all,

I have a sheet Metal Model, I am unable to Unfold the sheetmetal part, Its i a coical shape.

can find the file as an attachment.

any Suggestion or help will be highly appreciated.

Use Contour Roll command to create your feature. Hope can help.

Steps:

1. Open above file and Delete Revolution1, make sure uncheck "consumed sketches and features"

2. Edit sketch1, make rectangle to construction line

3. Create a centerline for small side(0.4mm)

4. Start Contour Roll command, select centerline as profile and select your axis to create Contour Roll1

5. Delete Flat Pattern and recreate.

There is a difference between your sheet metal style (0,5) and the thickness of the profile (0,4) and a redundant point on you profile. Use Sketch doctor
