Help Please! Error message 1935

Good day group. Please see the attached error message (1935). We are
trying to install the IV9 Test Drive Demo (Version 10 has not arrived yet)
on a DELL Inspiron 8500 laptop with Mobile Pentium 4, 2.20 GHz, 512 MB RAM
running on XP Pro V2002, service pack 1. Video card is Mobility Radeon
9000. I had Norton virus protector shut off, and no other programs were
running. The install went all the way to 0 seconds, tried to update the
system, and the attached error message popped up, then rolled back the
installation. We tried the install more than once with the same results.

It installed just fine for me on my DELL Dimension 4550 system. I'm running
XP Pro with service pack 2, if that makes a difference.

Does anybody have any ideas about this? Thanks.

Mark Triton

I haven't got .Net Framework on my Insperon 8500 so that's maybe why I don't
get this problem RE my post on another news group to this problem.

I'll have the IT people look at this. It's not my laptop, and I don't want
to scramble anything.
Thank you Sam.
