Hello all. I know this is not a Showcase forum however I can't seem to find one. I have a question about obtaining environment images files for use in Showcase. The help files state that images can be obtained from the Autodesk Consulting Team - does anyone know of a contact to do this ? Thanks
according to this post:
the Showcase support forum is here:

Probably best to try there mate.

Many thanks for this, I've registered my query on the link you attached. Thanks
Hello and thank you very much for your reply.
We design and manufacture roof access products so would like a Hdr image of a roof top area to use with these in Showcase.
Ideally a Hdr backdrop image of a typical roof area showing air vents, sky lights, plant etc.
Many thanks
Anthony
Hello again. I was wondering if a HDR image of the one I described could still be obtained ? Many thanks, Anthony.
you would have to create one if you can't find any on the internet to your liking

I have been searching the internet for one with the description in my previous post but no luck yet - how easy is it to create myself, can I do this using a photo ? I heard somewhere that 3DS Max can make HDR images but involves a lot of prior knowledge and experience of the software.
I don't believe autodesk has any products that can create HDR Images
photoshop can make them
you may want to look up tutorials on how to create them or hire someone to create them for you
