Hair Cotter Pin Template please

Searching for a Hair cotter pin template.  I found this in the customer files from 2003 that was posted by Quinn Zander.  It looks to me like the file is no longer there.

From what I have found, this file has parameters that controls the part.  Perfect, now if someone has this file, will you please post it.

I looked at the one there.... not quite what I want, butI may have to settle with it.  I want to be able to control the spread and from what I have found the one QBZ posted will do that.
