HELP! Weld annotations caterpillar is inconsistent...

My weld caterpillar isn't showing up the same from weld to weld.  The welds are all the same size.  The two highlighted welds are separate features referencing the same dimension for size.  This display problem seems inconsistent as well, sometimes they show right and other times after a change to the model they don't. Any ideas to how I can fix this display problem.

There are a coupe of questions here.
First you didn't list the version of Inventor you are using. Which version is it.
Second you mention it the same size weld but you didn't mention if it the same weld wit the same faces picked in a different order.

Sample files would be helpful. If you can do a "Save As Pack & Go" on the drawing and create a new destination folder for the files then zip them up we can review them.

Hello, and thank you for the reply.  I have never used the pack and go feature so I hope the attached files will be enough for you to evaluate the problem.  I'm using Inventor professional 14.  We are subscription based.  As you can see in the image below the problem still exists and is inconsistant.

Thank you for the files as it confirmed a suspicion I had. That was the Caterpillar size that was used was different in the welds you pointed out. The ones that looked correct had a width of .125, those that looked short used a width that was .045. What was curious was that when I edit the Weld Caterpillars it had the width gray out as it was selectable. So in my case I deleted them and redid them.

What I can't figure out is why they would be different. It may have been something I did but I just don't know where I made the mistake, as I thought I had made all of the welds in the same manner. Could you post an image and path of the dialog box that you used to checked the caterpillar width?

Edit Cat.jpgWeld Cat Dialog.jpg

You can access the caterpillar edit by right clicking on the caterpillar and selecting edit caterpillar. As you can see in the second image fill the width in your file wasn't editable and to configure the symbol to your needs I needed to delete it and replace it. You can add caterpillars by going to the symbol section of the annotate ribbon and selecting caterpillar.

OK, thank you.  I appreciate you looking into this for me.
