Graphics anomally in IDW views-IV 2014 SP1

Any possible solutions to this?

See attached screen shot showing wierd graphics behavior in an IDW. I've been seeing this with IDW based on larger assemblies. When I move the view a little , the anomally goes away. It's often a black geometric odity or odd tapering lines extending out from line work of the view.
