Geometric tolerance changes itself to zero

It has occured few times when opening drawings that all geometric tolerance frames have reset themselves showing tolerance value of zero, instead of value I originally put there. Behaviour seems to be random, and all frames update to correct value by opening the editing on one of them.

This is pretty annoying, since we publish drawings in batches and it's difficult to monitor each drawing for this particular fault.

Known bug with an existing fix, or is it just me again?

I know this one. But I don't know a real solution.
You can work around using the opposite decimal delimiter than you defined in
the feature control frame style.
If you defined comma use period and vice versa.
