so, I create a simple sketch. I have made a sketch in a new .ipt of a rectangle with two dimensions. I have made this .ipt an iPart with only four different sizes.
I open a new .iam assembly file. I use "place component" and place the iPart file that only contains a rectangular sketch. I select the size and place the component. The problem I have now is that I can not see the sketch.
What I was aiming for was to use this sketch to make a simple frame using the Frame Generator (then changing the .iam into an iAssembly). Since I can't see the sketch, I can't make the frame.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Is the visibility setting on the IPT's sketch enabled or check the
visibility settings under "View". This is standard "Skeletal" modeling
process, sketch is visible unless a setting has it turned off.
