Frame Analysis Problem

I have my frame analysis to work, but I get the same deformation wheter I put 1lb or 1000lb for my forces.

 Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I am using tubing, and I have everything mitered and notched properly.

  Could you post up the dataset and simulation so we can take a closer look?
