First power exit

I was beginning to think I was Superman for a while (with no power crashes)

But apparently trying to close an open profile is my kryponite. Hello
Desktop!

It was a inventor.exe has generated errors at
(insert unintelligible hex code here) but instead of giving me the option to hit
OK it flashed up and then ended the IV process...

 

Could be driver related..?
