Extrusion erases sketch details

When I extrude one of the circles on this model (as a locator pin, for example) the other three circles are erased.

How do I do the extrusion for each of the four without drawing and extrucing them individually.

BTW: I am using AI15.

Since the prescription calls for all four pins to be the same height I found that I could do them all in the one extrusion. Using Zoom and Pan to get close to the small ones makes selection of the pin-top easier.

You may want the features separate depending on your requirements.

Individual features allow you to create separate solids which can be advantageous.

When you create an extrusion it consumes the sketch.

To create more features from the same sketch expand the extrusion cross in the browser then RMB on the sketch and make visible or share the sketch.

Some features can be created from visible sketches but others need shared sketches.

Hope this helps.
