Edit Form button doesn't show in Inventor 2013

Our Council has been updating our school system.

We have the design suite and have chosen Inventor 2013, AutoCAD 2013, Inventor Fusion.

The issue is that in Inventor the EDIT FORM tool isn't on the Ribbon. It also isn't on the add in's for Inventor 2013 either.

Please can someone help as our pupils have started back and our IT people dont know how to resolve this issue.

We also downloaded the suite direct from AutoDESK.

Cheers

This doesn't answer your question directly, but -

1. How much were you using Inventor Fusion?  The reason I ask is that it no longer exists past v2013 and has been replaced with Fusion 360 ( a very different program)?

2. Can Inventor Fusion be started on it's own?

It's mainly to edit solids from Inventor so our pupils can manipulate there designs easily and still be able to generate drawings.

Yip Inventor fusion does open on its own but our pupils need to be able to generate the orthographic a.
