Drawing Border - filename

I used the 'filename' option in the format text box in a border template but when I insert the border, where the 'filename' field is, it just shows up blank. I guess I'm doing something stupid here as I can't find anyone else having this problem on the forums. Could someone post the steps for doing this please, I want it to automnatically insert the filename.

This is the steps I went through.

In format text box
Set the font and size.
Selected 'properties - model' under type
Selected 'FILENAME' under Property
Clicked the X with an arrow - add text parameter
appears in the text box underneath.
Then I click OK.

Thanks for any help.

Doesn't it show up when you insert a part
(model)?

In order to use model properties you must make a
base view first before it shows...otherwise use drawing properties.
