I recently installed Inventor 2010 Pro and am in the process of configuring it. I have not been able to set the default folder for the Design Data on the Application Options/File tab. When I browse to the folder and Apply the change, I get a message saying that the current project must be closed and reloaded for the change to take affect. The field indicates the correct location for the Design Data, but when I close and reload the project, the Design Data location on the Application Options/File tab reverts back to the location set during installation. I have successfully changed the location of the Templates, Content Center, and Projects folders without issue. I didn't have any problems doing this with Inventor 2009.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
