Design Accelerator - Cam Formula

What is the equation used to find the points when Cycloidal (extended sinusoidal) is used?

 

I'd like to be able to check the output as the model being produced is different to one suppliied for a third party.

The equtions used in the Design Accelarator can be found in the WikiHelp Engineer's Handbook section.
