DWG out for mutliple sheets?

I have a idw file that has dozens of sheets. I want to export only one to
DWG format. Can I do this or do I have to do all of them?

Thanks

Chris

Log this one as one for the wish lists.
As in: I wish I could choose which sheets I export as .dwg, or .dxf.
Inventor automatically saves all of your sheets out for you. Then your
job is to delete the ones that you don't need. Pretty efficient eh?

You know that "other" package that I've been slogging through all day
today (someone.. shoot me please!) allows you to saveas on a sheet by
sheet basis.

Wow.. So you have to wait for all 30 or more sheets to write out..? Guess
I'll take a quick nap when I do this..

Wow! You have 30 sheets in one idw file. Be careful. You are putting all
your eggs in one basket.

I have not done this, but can you copy and paste this sheet to a new idw. Then save the new idw as a dwg.

A better idea might be deleting all the sheets you don't want to print and then DWG out. When done either UNDO to get the sheets back or quite the IDW without saving. I say this is a better idea because you don't risk anything changing on you when you remove a sheet from it's original IDW.

That's "quit" instead of "quite".

Does R6.0 still save the file on you even though you select don't save?

I agree, we use single sheet IDW's as well, all it takes is one glitch and
you either loose 1 drawing that you have to re-detail or numerous drawings.
