DWG Import not working

I have Inventor 2014 SP1 and Autocad 2013 SP2 running with Win 8.,1 and I am trying to import my DWG file into my model in inventor.  I have followd the instructions, but the options button in the open file prompt is inactive, and when I select the file to open it, nothing happens.  Dwg TrueView is installed and is working.  Any ideas? I have also right clicked the Inventor icon on my desktop and selected the run as admin option.

A filename must first be selected before the Options becomes available (and then it is slow - at least on my machine).

Attach the dwg (any dwg) here that exhibits this behavior.

Here is the one i need, but none of my .dwg files work in inventor.  They pull up fine in ACAD.

Both opens and imports for me, 2014 SP1 Update 1

I don't have Windows 8.1, but have you installed Inventor Update 2 for Service Pack1.
