Customized density in iproperties

I am somewhat new to Inventer and frequently need to change densities to provide a estimated weight. What is the best way to go about this?

I am confused by your post.  Do you want to create a new material style, alter the current one locally, or alter the current one in the standard?

I suppose creating a new material would be fine. Whichever is the quickest and easiest.

I thought a video would be worth a thousand words in this case.  It even sums up the fact that you need read-write access to the standards.
