Custom arrows head for Viw Annotation

Hi,

for example, i am looking  for a kind of arrow head that i use in the section view annotation.

This arrow head is not present in the list,  so i want to create and insert in the list, creating a custom one.

Is it possible? (I mean in the style, not in the sketched symbols in the browser).
