Create dimension angle in dwg drawing

i want to ask how to make the size for the angle in the distance between holes. i use the autodesk inventor 2013, please help step by step. i attach an example like this.

I am not i understand you correctly or not.

 

If you want to show the dimension overthere, i think the available options is u can use constuction lines.

 

If you need to create the  holes as per the dimension? go to sketch and use circular pattern.

I've made a 3D part, but I want to make a 2D drawing. When creating 2D I want to add a label that the distance between the hole using the angle to mm or inchi.how i can create this?

  • Create  Center points for the circles by using sketch option.
  •  Exit sketch
  •  Then select the dimension tool pick the three center points defined first

How much Inventor training and/or experience do you have?  Can you post a screen shot of the dimension as it looks now?  I don't know what part of the dimension appearance is causing you a problem, so no idea how to advise you.

well, it's even easier than that: no need to create a sketch and center points. you can snap to the centers of the holes directly. by the way ; this works in model sketches also.

Are you asking how to create this as a 'sketch'?  If so, you'll need to utilize construction lines to dimension the angle.

That should be easy:

 

1. Click on the link above with the name of the zip file

2. Download/Save the file on the local machine

3. Open it by double clicking, associated application should open

4. Inside the zip there is a video file, double click on it to watch the video
