Content Center and Parts List in an IDW

Ok, I have brought in several tubes from the content center into an assembly. I have deleted the "Driven Dimension" in each part and set the end planes to points that will ultamately be stretched or shrunk depending on what my customer wants. I will be using this assembly over and over for each customer. I get my assembly done and it looks great. I then import my assembly into an .idw and set up the drawings. I go to place a parts list and I notice that some of my parts are showing the linear size originally brought in when I created it. Anybody ran into this one?
